The policies outlined below apply to clients of YOUR BROW GIRL. Please read and contact Ally if you have any questions

*By booking an appointment you agree to all policies of YOUR BROW GIRL​ 



Previously Tattooed: 

Clients that have work done by other artists need to first contact Ally.  A picture of your brows can be sent via email or text in order to evaluate how much pigment you have remaining. Not all previously tattooed are good candidates for Microblading or Powder Brows.


Required to book an appointment:

Read the FAQ page for your appointment type (Microblading, Ombre Powder, Lash Extensions, Lash Lift)

Deposits for Permanent Makeup:
YOUR BROW GIRL requires a $100 deposit to hold every new appointment made. Deposits are non-refundable & only good for the service booked, they are not applicable to any other service other than permanent makeup. If the appointment is cancelled by the client at any time, or for any reason, the full deposit is good for one appointment reschedule for a future date.


How to pay your deposit:

Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking online. Deposits are paid via Venmo @ (yourbrowgirl) or the card on file can be charged. Please contact Ally immediately after booking to pay your deposit.



Your service is paid in total on the day of your appointment. Cash, Venmo, Apply Pay & Card are acceptable forms of payment.

YOUR BROW GIRL does not accept personal checks. Your final payment amount will be the total cost of your appointment, less your deposit amount (if applicable).



Rescheduling/Cancelling for Permanent Makeup & Full Set Lash Extensions:
YOUR BROW GIRL requires at least 72 hours notice to make any changes to your appointment. You may reschedule an appointment only once before forfeiting your $100 deposit. You can reschedule by contacting Ally at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

Any reschedules or cancellations after that will result in a loss of your deposit, and you will be charged 25% of your appointment (due before you can reschedule). No-shows will result in a loss of your $100 deposit, and will be charged 50% off the appointment (due before you may reschedule).


Appointments Reminders:

You will receive text and email reminder approximately 1 to 3 days prior to your appointment. ​



Day of Appointment:

YOUR BROW GIRL kindly asks that you please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, Ally reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit (if applicable) will not be refunded.​



Permanent Makeup Results:
YOUR BROW GIRL does not guarantee healed results on anyone. The final result will vary from person to person. Makeup may still be needed to give you the results you desire. At times, additional sessions after the first touch up are necessary.


Lash Extensions:

Full Set appointments are reserved 2 hours | Lash Fills appointments are reserved 1 hour. Fills need to be completed every 2 - 3 weeks. Any fill after 3 weeks will be considered a new Full Set due to the loss of lash extensions and the time needed to complete the desired look.​ Please come to your lash appointment with clean lashes- no mascara or eyeshadow on. It will interfere with the glue and lashes bonding causing early fall out. If you come with makeup on, a $5 charge for a cleanse/removal will be added.


Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale. Non refundable and never expire. For use only with Ally at YOUR BROW GIRL for any service or product.
